• Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metro areas (₹149)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period: You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened items for a full refund.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable foods, opened supplements, and personalized items cannot be returned.

Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
